MonoMonday - Looking Down

on my plate of Fleischknödel (potato dumplings filled with mince meat). This is an annual event held at one of the inns on Rosenmontag (Shrove Monday). These enormous meat dumplings are amazing, served with sauerkraut and jus.
I have been absent lately due to a bout of extreme laziness and tiredness. Apart from that, I am quite well.
