Butterfly kisses

After finally putting together the magnesium edition of my "Ups and Downs of Insulin Resistance" series........ I spent some time, trying to photograph, butterflies.

This was my best effort.

The cellphone camera is not very good at taking pictures of moving targets, flitting about in the sun.  Lucky for me, there were lots of moving targets to aim at.



With my blip sorted, I headed for SPLASH and then DID NOTHING, constructive all afternoon.  



I felt like I deserved it.
