Sandscaping

This incredible image was created for a promo for The Prince of Egypt Musical West End launch - see video here: here.

I was involved in liaising with Thanet Film Office in checking access to the beach - routine sand scrapers had to be moved to another beach that day - and ensuring the production had all the correct paperwork in place such as drone pilot licence, flight plan, public liability insurance, risk assessments to qualify for a film permit. A brief respite in recent stormy weather meant the project could go ahead as planned.

The drone filming took place on Botany Bay in Thanet and the sandscape art was created by three people over 10 hours. Incredible.
