Pleased as Punch

I am uncommonly proud of this little row of seedlings.  They are radishes, and the first edible crop I have planted for quite a few years.

They have all emerged, and now I shall plant another two rows.  Successions planting.  How sophisticated is that!  And for some miraculous reason they haven't been decimated by snails or slugs.

I am going to plant some spring onions next.
