Red peppers...

Yellow peppers, courgettes, onions, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, olives, broccoli, lettuce, cucumber, melon, mint, feta...the list goes on!

Can you tell we are having vegetarian visitors for lunch tomorrow? :-))

Food prep underway.  Hoping the roast veg tart turns out ok.  About to roll the pastry.  Wish me luck! 

In other news, I have painted a thistle in Partick Thistle's colours(see extra) for my brother in law Kenny.  He joked last week that I could paint him one, so I have, and I shall make him hang it in his study whether he likes it or not!  :-))
