Homeward

Taken as the sun set whilst driving home. Nice to see the sun; it's been rather shy most of the day.

Had a great beach walk with a friend this morning. We were so lucky; pelting sleety rain as I waited for her but sunshine throughout our hour long walk and a heavy hailstorm as we drove back! Talk about changeable ...

Into town for an appointment which I hope will result in recent foot discomfort being relieved. It was certainly explained depressingly well; the impact of high arches over the years ... absolutely nothing I can do about that except blame my Dad!

Miscellaneous errands to run in town afterwards and bumping into an acquaintance all meant a rushed tea before Stitch group this evening. What a very pleasant way to round off the day :-)
