Bird flu

Good lord, the markets are plummeting. Experienced investors always say that risk factors are ‘priced in’ but it seems that the wipe out of humankind by some global pandemic hasn’t been. Aren’t we all overreacting a bit? Has the whole world gone the same way - there’s even talk of schools closing for months! Bloody shysters. We’ve been feeding our young people too many apocalyptic movies and now they’re all stressed to their eyeballs. Where’s our spirit? It’s just a bit of flu. Get out there and get my equities up in value, you precious bloody snowflakes.
Goddam it. Anyway, I had a mosey over to the boat and removed the old radio. Yep, what you’d expect. And I lifted a couple of setts outside the back door. Water is continually gathering there - I hope it’s not from the sea.
And later a trip through west to see the prodigal, who only now lets on that he failed a test in January and that’s why he didn’t get the move he hoped for. Same old, but obviously that hadn’t been priced in as it ought to have been as I felt quite deflated.
