Bear happy

I went to pay the bills, before SPLASH.

Yah !  There was NO CUE. I was in and out, of the town council, in minutes.  So when I spotted this "happy" face, beaming at me, in the parking lot - I knew, this HAD TO BE, my blip of the day.
