WILL HE, OR WON'T HE?

It took this chap an age before he stepped off the bank to glide up and down the coast this afternoon.  To be honest, I think these guys are crazy, silly even, I guess it's up to the individual and it's Saturday.  :))
I use to share a house in the 70s with a couple of chaps that would run and leap off cliffs - they were intelligent young men - luckily, still alive. 
Anyhow, I thought today's glider qualified for admirer's Silly Saturday challenge.
