Edifice Arising

Next doors, poor things - they have had so many dramas with their little house - but now I reckon they are going to get it all fixed.  They have employed a highly reputable builder to build on a second story and finally fix their roof problems.  The scaffolding went up today, a couple of months months late, but at least it's up.  One edge is over our boundary, but it's not in our way at all.
