The Edge of the Wold

Kent pewter

When we stopped on our way home from Wifie's afternoon class, the estuary looked like it was made of pewter and silver paper. The sun was in and out of gaps in the billowing clouds, and showers were playing beyond the viaduct.  Even my tame gull made a brief appearance in the frame. And for once I wasn't being blown horizontal as I lifted the camera.

This is the second blip of the day, as this morning I loaded yesterday's blip of an afternoon visit to Leighton Moss. I'm afraid I'm still way behind on commenting on journals.  And Gus is already looking like he's ready for Walk 3 of the day.
