Cawson ni diwrnod syml heddiw gyda llawer o fyfyrdod.  Roedd y tywydd yn eithaf braf ac roeddwn i'n gallu eistedd ar y fainc wrth y pwll am awr.

We had a simple day today with lots of meditation. The weather was quite nice and I was able to sit on the bench by the pool for an hour.
