Max is at his Mums and Gulliver went to Erin’s tonight so Zebedee and I watched TV and sent each other stupid pictures and videos.

I managed to get out for a walk to the shops, I’m still taking it easy and resting in between activities, getting much better though. I spent a couple of hours DJing.
