Zebedee

Zebedee kindly took some pictures of himself for me because I forgot to take any today!

Our friends Kevin and Rachael drove Max, Zebedee and I out to Reading where Kevin goes to the gym and has treatment, they kindly offered to have me seen by the physio, I had a thorough assessment and then some release work done on my right hip which has been hurting for over a year.

We went for a lovely lunch in a pub on the way back, I was quite wiped out from my treatment and also in pain so took it easy for the rest of the day.
