Bewick's Wren

I wandered around my yard and saw a pair of Bewick's Wrens; one of them landed long enough for me to get this photo. I was delighted to get this shot.

Ellie was excited to go "home" to our son's house today..... I am so glad that she loves to go back to her Grandma & Grandpa's house. She loves it here, but Grandma & Grandpa's house is home. I think that is the way it should be!!!

This morning Ellie and my husband went out to play on the deck in the warm sun. They blew bubbles and played ball. I love hearing the interaction between Ellie and her great grandpa.  Then this afternoon I got a bit more done in the yard; it was another beautiful sunny day in Oregon.
