Waiting for the chop.

It really felt Springlike today.
The sun was warm. No wind, and 10C.
Perfect for an afternoon walk through Judy Woods.
There were quite a lot of large branches down, and one tree had been cut down, ( see extra) but most of the trees with the orange dots were still waiting to be felled.
The one in the photo was covered in fungi.
I thought the photo was quite abstract, so have tagged it for AT.

Lovely to hear the birds singing, and I saw a nuthatch high up in the trees.
Really lifted the spirits.
