Parliament and Arthur’s Seat

It was another clear and frosty morning so I took the tram to York Place and walked up Calton Hill before heading to the Old Town and back home. There has been a lot of work to try and get the Gorse under control on Calton Hill and it’s now easier to see southwards from Regent Walk that goes round the south side of the hill. The blip is taken looking towards Arthur’s Seat with parliament and Dynamic Earth in the middle distance. The extra is one of those slightly scary statue street performers just getting ready for the tourists at the entrance to the Esplanade.
