A new problem

It didn't just surface today........

There has been a puddle, under the window, pretty much, since the big down pour on the 8 Feb.

I alerted "the authorities" last week.

The "authorities" i.e. Daniel, said, it was just, because it had been raining.I KNOW, it has not rained, for over a week, so there is clearly, a PROBLEM, so I tackled him, again, this morning.

He reluctantly conceded, there might be a problem - so the complex plumber was called. 

They dug around............. and announced, it was NOT  a burst pipe. It is simply, run off........

Basically, thanks to re-routing the run off, from other points, in the complex - this is now ground zero.

It's NOT a pipe - so NOTHING, will be done about it, for NOW.

WONDERFUL !

Probably will need to buy, gumboots, to get out of the house, in the not too distant future. 

On a positive note - I did get out of the house, in the late afternoon, for STEP.  Loved it !
