Given the current health scare...

... people are, understandably, trying to keep their distance from one another.

This morning, I spent quite a long time in splendid isolation - in the Harlow Carr bird hide. Just me, with a selection of little birds, braving the strong wind, on the feeders and in the surrounding bushes.

This blue tit and, in the extra, a great tit were very active. It kept me off the streets.
