Central Synagogue Manhattan New York

This afternoon we walked over to the Central Synagogue to listen to a free organ concert. Beautiful music from a really fine organist on a great organ. They were in a balcony behind us. This is what was in front of us.

In the evening we went to SymphonySpace to see Red Baraat a Punjab, hip-hop world music band. That was a trip. They had us all up waving our arms and dancing by the second number. Today is Holi the festival of colors and that was the theme of the show.

Appears to be a blip anniversary. 11 years I think. But really a couple of months past 10 years. Still a very long time. The extra blips are back blips. I’m happy here and will continue to post blips not daily, but frequently. Thanks for comments, stars and hearts.
