A Day In The Life

Flotilla of Herring Gulls

After an appointment we stopped by the boat landing to check out the happenings. The river is high but not dangerously so, and ice floes continue their trek from north to south, although the temperatures ultimately determine how long of a trip they’ll take. It’s doubtful any will make it as far as the Atlantic this year. Occasionally they provide transportation or a brief respite for a variety of native waterfowl. Uber, anyone?
