Disappointment

Pyrintö women's semi-finals were supposed to start today, but just four hours before the game was about to start, Basketball Finland informed that all basketball games are cancelled due to coronavirus disease. Season of juniors is over, but adults' national series are in pause until further notice. Poor Emma is miserable. This was her last season as a junior and Pyrintö A-girls were aiming at gold medals. Women's team for their part has waited for semi-finals and finals all year, their goal is to climb to the national league. They have overpowered women's I division and they had excellent chances. Nobody knows how the season will end.
