Camusdarach

Looking across to The Hebrides from Camusdarach beach near Arisaig.

A horrible cold slushy morning developed nicely as the day progressed. Woke up to a covering of snow in Fort William but this quickly turned to heavy rain. I decided on a drive to Mallaig, taking in The Glenfinnan Monument, the beautiful coastal scenery around Arisaig and anything else which took my fancy.

Camusdarach is the gem of the area and I took three great short video clips of the sands and tide and tons of photos. Not much could be seen of Skye, Rhum and Eigg as the weather to the west looked really unpleasant.

Later I had a mega pizza at The Black Isle Bar in Fort William. Home tomorrow.
