Here they come

This morning the tree surgeons arrived at the end of my street cutting down trees that are interfering with the electric wires. Only one evergreen tree was removed, not that whole line. The power company hires them. Earlier this week a man from Asplundh came to tell me the poplar trees on the south corner of my property are scheduled to be cut down.
I am glad to be warned since I had such a strong reaction to my neighbor cutting down her perfectly healthy pine trees last autumn.
This blip is the team working. They were busy in my neighborhood with two or three others either trimming or cutting down trees growing near the wires. My poplars are actually interwoven in the wires. In future I need to look UP when planting trees.
