Early St Patrick's Day blip

Yes, I know it is not St Patrick’s Day until the 17 March, but this beautiful tote bag and card arrived from a fellow blipper in America; it had to be blipped today. Does that mean I can start another knitting or crochet project, now I have a new bag to put it in??
