Making a start

I pushed myself to make a start on Project Ivory. It's not so easy going as I thought and some pieces are more reluctant to shift from their glued wooden blocks than others. There will be a few casualties.
The beautiful little hammer pegs will go to Donald and the wood will be used by Colin, so all good and without waste (except those little chips of ivory which got splintered).
I watched, back to back, a 4 part Norwegian crime drama today and it's just as well that I view these types of programmes on my own because I watch with subtitles and muted sound. I find this cuts the scariness right down to a minimum so at the same time I get the whole story and less nightmares after.
