All’s well that ends well

Alarm at 05:50. Last water and meds at 06:00, for Mr B. Then leave at 07:00. Not the best of times to be going to hospital, but at least only a few hours.

Was pretty deserted. The staff were wonderful, and under pressure with all the meetings, new guidelines, changes to be made.

After 13 days at home (or on nearby cliff-top here) away from the world, did not expect to be in the GP surgery yesterday, although Mr B’s procedure today was arranged at short notice a few days ago.

Feeling a bit unsettled. Only a handful of cases declared in our region, but who knows how many others are around. And tomorrow we have to return something to the hospital and pick up some meds.

So on a lighter note, we were in the room talking to two nurses. Glanced round and saw Mr Quack, star of my blip, sitting on the window sill, peering in. Pity it’s Tuesday and not Silly Saturday. Well thanks to jensphotos for hosting today’s Tiny Tuesday.

SORRY. It’s 21:35 and I’m exhausted. So switching off. Will try and catch up tomorrow

NB For the non Brits - we sometimes call Doctors ‘Quacks’, maybe not so much now. Google to learn more.
