Amorphous Androgynous - Falling Down (A Monstrous Psychedelic Bubble Mix) (2009)
The cover disc on the February 2010 edition of Mojo was a mix created by the two Future Sound Of London boys trading as Amorphous Androgynous, and I played it while I was reading that copy of the magazine. Falling Down was written by Noel Gallagher and released as a single in 2008 by Oasis. He invited the Amorphous Androgynous to remix it, and this was their first recording of it, complete with flutes and sitar. Alisha Sufit, who used to be in Magic Carpet in the seventies, replaced the lead vocal, so, as Garry Cobain of the band said, "it became a kind of cover version with Noel on backing vocals!!" This is the full 22 minute mix.
