a sunshiny walk

We have taken to walking around our neighborhood about every other day or so. Social distancing is practiced. It is very good to get out and move, but to stay safe. Steve & I live in what I would call the "country suburbs" so on our walks we hear lots of Roosters crowing. Sometimes we see horses and I have even seen llamas in the past -the link is a blip from 2012.

Yesterday, we saw Guinea hens walking around outside of their enclosure, in another yard! I took a 25 second video of them so you could hear them "talk" and see them waddle and scurry about, just for fun ;O) This is the second time we saw that the hens had escaped! We also spied a beautiful red-shouldered hawk while walking. All of these sights including the sunshine above, lifted our spirits during this isolation time . . .  stay safe/stay home! (except for walks or boat rides without contact!)
