Taking Stock

Today it was a beautiful day outside by we don't have a garden so to stay in quarantine my only option was to throw the windows open wide.

Had a fun day of zoom filled company. I did a stock take of my freezer so I knew what food we actually had, made a big pot of soup and cooked dinner all with friends. In the ongoing battles with my digestive system, she suggested trying to add pulses back in, a tablespoon at a time. Cooked up some lentils to freeze in blacks that can be chucked in to a serving of whatever. With no measurement what so ever, my lentil mush perfectly filled the ice cube trays!
