Softly softly

Another beautiful morning for a run. I can’t usually get close enough to this gorgeous red-barked willow as it’s in very waterlogged ground - a large branch seems to have split off and is hanging near the path just now though so I finally got to touch it.

It clouded over this afternoon but still spent a bit of time in the garden. Annoyingly our brown bin hasn’t been collected (it was due to be) so going to be toiling to get much more of the weeding/bed clearing done.

Still people coming out to NMB but thankfully not as many as over the weekend. Hope all those idiots are happy now that we’re officially in lockdown. I hadn’t wanted that to happen until we got inundated the past couple of days. Definitely the right move!
