Walter de la Mare’s House

This is the blue plaque outside South End House in Montpelier Row ,Twickenham. This road has many large Georgian houses and this one is at the end with gardens leading down to the Thames. In the same road is a house lived in by Tennyson but this does not have an official plaque just one put up by the owners...Tennyson's official plaque is in Upper Belgrave Street SW1.

See extras for South End House and Tennyson's plaque.

Day 5 activities
- cycled through Twickenham and Whitton
- received a delivery of compost and some seeds from son-in-law who had been to the garden centre just before it closed at 2pm.
- went to the allotment and planted spinach and borage
