Mango magic

It is known as the "king of fruit", is a symbol of love and some believe that the tree can grant wishes.
Native to South Asia, where they have thrived for over 4,000 years the mango is the national fruit of India, Pakistan and the Philippines where it plays something of a sacred role.
Mangoes found their way to Florida in the 1830s where, thanks to the warm ocean currents surrounding the southern tip of the state, they thrived, and today there are a number of the trees on mosts streets in Key West.
