Reflection

The tropical climate of Key West leads to torrential downpours that last 20 minutes leaving behind glistening roads and temporary lake-sized puddles.
This is the former 1920s-era Glynn Archer School which underwent a $19million renovation into the new City Hall, a beacon in environmental and resource-efficient design. Inaugurated in Jan 2017, it is officially named the Josephine Parker City Hall at Historic Glynn R. Archer School.
The tiger (by artist George Carey) was the mascot of the former high school that formerly used the building.
