George 'n Harry

Ready for action

SHE has been as busy as a little bee today in the garden, and we've been helping lots and lots.  OK, so some of the helping involved her marching to the fence and yelling saying very firmly UP ...UP.  But it's all exercise for her, and it's very important.

So instead of going for a "W" word after tea, we did go back into the garden again.  She was very excited because she founded an old pack of pea seeds which were out of date by two years.  So she put them in water, and guess what!  They isn't deaded, and they is going to be planted against the fence (don't forget we can't get pea sticks or chicken wire or anything like that - because of the shortages).  Anyway we've got this trellis fence, and assuming she can get the seedlings to actually reach the fence, it's going to be a doddle.  Whatever that is.  We've never met a doddle so we doesn't know.

SHE says that she'll go down the very back garden and do a spot of pruning to get the pea sticks.  We doesn't know how that will help, but she reckons it will.

And this is a bit of a celebration, because we is blip-ted for 5 days in a row.  That tells you something.
