Thursday

Not a good day. 
Lots of wobbles. 
Tried to go on Skype to talk to some folk from the centre. I didn't last long, I couldn't cope. 
I've sat on the sofa all day but don't ask me what I have watched. 
I'm scared for the many days ahead.
