You can't come inn!

As part of the coronavirus measures all pubs have had to close (although many are producing take away meals.  This is the Olde Boote Inn in the village that has a novel and appropriate way of showing that their car park is closed - two beer barrels and a chain.

Tonight I joined in the Clap for Carers at 8.00pm. There weren't many out in my road but a lot were clapping in the road around the corner as well as cheering, whistles blowing and someone playing the bagpipes.  We're all very grateful for those  wonderful people in the NHS and other carers who are doing a magnificent job in this crisis.
