Friday: Head Rest

More in the details of the house series.

Often, when we move to a new place we get a bit of licence to choose new furniture.  In this particular case, we were able to do that but we also inherited furniture from the house that my predecessor lived in, and where the furniture was a bit more........worn.  This is one of the inherited bedsteads.  I think it’s been used once in our time here.

I haven’t been out of the house today and have spent much of the day on calls and in front of the screen.  K. and I came up with a few ideas tonight to try and make this a bit more manageable, particularly in terms of balance and knowing when to step away.
