Goldfinch

I heard a different kind of twittering from the garden, which turned out to be a goldfinch sitting at the top of my neighbour's rowan tree.
So nice to see, but a few years ago we had regular flocks coming to the niger seed, along with greenfinch, siskin and redpoll.
Changed days.
