Wild Daffodils

At the far edge of the paddock behind our bungalow there is a river bank and a line of trees. In the foliage on the bank some wild daffodils have gradually built up over the years. Initially there were only a few blooms but every year they seem to increase. My blip shows them poking out of last years dead grasses.

In my extra I have tried to recreate sone of their movement in this afternoon's bitter cold wind by combining shots taken at different shutter speed - one in which there is no movement and a sharp image overlaid with the longer shot in which there definite movement at a reduced opacity. I not sure it really works but I would be interested to hear your comments
