Venus

It was several months ago that I noticed the Blipping potential of Venus and the newish moon. Because of the details of her orbit, she is only visible soon before the sun rises and again soon after it sets, also, at around the time of the new moon, they are in near alignment. The ideal time to Blip this would have been yesterday - had we had a clear sky. This evening when I wandered down the road to feed a neighbour’s cat and tend to its other needs, the weather was again overcast but, on my return an hour later, the sky had cleared so I gave it a try. The objective now is to wait for better opportunities; this may take some time.
