A NEW TASK

I have been attempting almost to pleat up a little dress from Liberty (lawn) fabric for Sophia for her second birthday.  I borrowed the pleater from RP and had to google for help and after that there was a lot of thinking and planning in my head before I could start.
Even though it's only a small dress there was about a metre to pleat up.
To say it was stressful is an understatement.  The needles are delicate and being my first attempt, I was exhausted afterwards but thrilled to have it done and it's now ready for smocking.  Phew!  Yay!  :))

We sat on the balcony tonight to enjoy our dinner.  Even colder tonight.
