Chair broken but proud, seeks loving restorer

This is the upper floor of a barn that is in the grounds of our home. It’s been waiting planning permission for nearly a year to be sympathetically converted into Airbnb / holiday let accommodation along with the adjoining windmill. We are not sure why it has taken so long but the local planning department seems to have had numerous unrelated issues over the past couple of years and now they also have the virus to further delay final approvals.
