LD 7. View across the valley.

We walked down the back lane and up into fields to our south. I often say “sometimes the best view is behind you” - and it was.

Not many folks about for the most of the walk, no social distancing concerns. When we passed the school we saw some young folks coming away with lunch, there was a window open for collection. I understand the food is available to anyone who feels they need it, not just pupils. Good.

We watched the First Minister’s briefing - clear and informative. Yet again BBCScotland cut it off early and went to a meaningless programme (another repeat). So annoying.

Afternoon in the garden. Some jobs done.

Family FaceTime in the evening - they’re back at work.
