The morning after the night before

So you get home from a night out singing and drinking at 2:30 in the morning. What is your plan for the following morning?

Parkrun of course! Today I got picked up by Mr Tween and Mrs Tween to head over to the Wimpole Parkrun at 08:15 feeling (and apparently looking) still slightly tired and worse for wear. But man am I happy I did get up.

What an absolutely beautiful morning for a run. The Cambridge Parkrun was closed so we went to the Wimpole Estate Parkrun instead. It is a beautiful location for a 5k and the conditions were perfect this morning - the sun rising gently in the sky, a crisp coldness to the air and snow sprinkled across the landscape. Sensational.
