Life in the time of Covid 19 - Day 6

Mayor Island
We look out onto this island 30 kilometres from where we are staying. According to the weather conditions it is really close - or sometimes not there at all.
This island is now a days uninhabited, it used to be a deep sea game fishing base.
Lots of cloud formations going on.
This island will appear in my blips in many guises over the next month

Lockdown
After yesterday morning's blip with very rough seas the weather has changed totally now, not a cloud in the sky which a deep, deep blue and 22°. A quick walk along the beach to the left today as tide was getting near high. I watched a large Mollymawk catch a fish and then swallow it with a certain amount of difficulty as it wriggled about.
Discovered a new walk down by the wetlands yesterday and will investigate it some more for a change of scenery
