Confinement, Day 14

end of second week --
my mood has risen briskly --
my starter hasn't

I did feel better on Monday, not least because I had to take the car to go and collect our groceries, which we had ordered online on Sunday. Getting a collecting slot that was so close was a good surprise.

A day spent working, finishing a job and starting another, which will take me to 10 April.

My sourdough starter doesn't seem to really start... I'll give it a few more days, during which I'll continue feeding it equal parts of water and flour, but if it doesn't start bubbling soon, I'll toss it and start a fresh one!
