Wide Wednesday: Wilfred Road

We went out on the bikes this morning, stopping at the pharmacist's at the medical centre to collect our friend Rosie's prescription for her. The road next to the surgery is Wilfred a Road, one of the oldest residential roads in Street, built intake 19th century by Clarks to house their increasing workforce. Thought it suited today's theme of "Town".

From here we did a circuit around the top of the village. There definitely seemed to be more people out today, particularly in cars. We saw one or two people we knew on foot to stop and have a distant chat with.

Afternoon was spent sorting out one or two bits of correspondence on line, while Tess had a clear out of the kitchen cupboards.
