We had a load of veg in the fridge that needed using up, stuff we'd got from work before the restaurant closed. I used up a couple of peppers and a huge punnet of tomatoes to make a sauce.
I also used the leftover risotto to make arancini balls, and Matt made some baked cauliflower cheese bites. The sauce made a brilliant dip, as did a garlic & rosemary yoghurt dip (again made from stuff from the fridge). It's nice having time to experiment with cooking, especially being able to use up lots of leftovers.
My wrist was a bit better again today. I also made a little photoshop mock-up of my planned gallery wall, thought it was best instead of hanging it and hating it.
