Life in the time of Covid 19 Day 10

Toi toi
or
Prince of Wales Feathers

Like most things in NZ this grows rampantly and can be seen in the sand dunes and on the hills in the countryside, waving its plumes in the breeze.

Lockdown
Another stunning day with temperatures around 23. A long walk along the beach waving to people passing by. No surfers out today, a few fisherman but all quite quiet and lazy, an end of summer feel in the air.
My fridge freezer in London has been installed, the integrated doors attached and food can now be kept at a cool temperature - phew. Dont know whether it is the best make but from where l am sitting right now it is fine!
1 win each in the scrabble championships, going to try a game new to us called Quiddler which has a kind of Harry Potter ring to it later. We are both quite competitive but have managed to remain civil so far..... so far.
